Summary(개요)  :  Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.

 

Plot(줄거리)  :  집에서의 치명적인 사건들 후에, 애보트 가족(the Abbott family)은 고요 속에서 생존을 위한 싸움을 계속하면서 이제 바깥 세상의 두려운 존재들을 마주해야만 한다. 어쩔 수 없이 미지의 지역으로 위험을 무릎쓰고 나아가면서, 그들은 소리를 따라서 사냥하는 그 크리처(creature)가 샌드 패스(the sand path) 너머에 도사리는 유일한 위협이 아니라는 것을 곧 알게 된다.
