Summary(개요)  : When her best friend Danny ropes her into taking her spot at the Women's Arm Wrestling Championship, nice girl baker Melanie must trade whisks for barbells as she trains to face off with the reigning champ for a chance at newfound badassery and the grand prize.

 

Plot(줄거리)  : 나이스 걸 제빵사 멜라니(Melanie)는 베프인 대니(Danny)가 그녀를 여성 팔씨름 선수권 대회에서 그녀의 자리를 차지하도록 설득하자, 그녀의 새로 발견된 과격성과 그랑프리(대상)의 가능성을 위해서 군림하는 챔피언과 대결하도록 훈련할 때에 거품기를 바벨과 교환해야 한다.
