Plot(줄거리)  : 빅토리아 여왕의 통치(統治) 말기에, 런던은 갑자기 특이한 능력이 나타난 사람들(대부분은 여성들)로 구성된 터치드(Touched)라는 그룹이 생기고, 그들에게 혹독한 영향을 받는다. 개중(個中)에는 미스터리한 빠른 주먹의 미망인 아말리아(Amalia True)와 뛰어난 젊은 발명가 페넌스(Penance Adair)도 있다. 그들은 이 새로운 하층계급의 옹호자들로, 우리가 아는 역사에 설 자리가 없는 사람들을 위한 공간을 만들기 위해서 군대와 싸우면서 터치드를 위한 보금자리를 만드는 중이다.
