Plot(줄거리)  :  근래(近來)에 가장 악명 높고 해결되지 않은 사건의 실화를 바탕으로 한 시티 오브 라이즈는 투팍(Tupac)의 사망에 뒤이은 노토리어스 B.I.G.에 대한 악명 높은 살인의 지금껏 보지 못한 모습을 드러내는 도발적인 스릴러이다.
