Summary(개요)  :  Prehistoric family the Croods live in a particularly dangerous moment in time. Patriarch Grug (Nicolas Cage), his mate, Ugga (Catherine Keener), teenage daughter Eep (Emma Stone), son Thunk (Clark Duke) and feisty Gran (Cloris Leachman) gather food by day and huddle together in a cave at night. Plot(줄거리)  : 선사시대의 크루즈 가족은 특히 위험한 시기를 살고 있다. 가장 그러그(Grug), 그의 짝 욱가(Ugga), 십대 딸 이프(Eep), 아들 썽크(Thunk), 그리고 원기 왕성한 그랜(Gran)은 낮에는 음식을 모으고, 밤에는 동굴에 옹기종기 모인다. 어느날 더 진화된 혈거인(穴居人) 가이(Guy)가 그들에게 도달했을 때에 그러그는 쉽게 믿지 않는다. 그러나 가이가 그들 세상의 임박한 파멸에 대하여 옳다는 것이 곧 분명해진다.
