Plot(줄거리)  : 7살 어린이 팀(Tim)은 자신의 과도한 상상력에 의존해서 놀았다. 그의 부모님은 세상에서 가장 큰 애완동물 기업, 강아지 주식회사(Puppy Co.)에서 열심히 일하면서도 팀(Tim)을 위한 시간은 항상 남겨놓았다. 이야기 3개, 안아주기 5번, 그리고 팀(Tim)을 위한 노래까지.. 7살 팀(Tim)의 삶은 좋았고 완벽했다. 그런데 어느날, 검은 수트를 입고 서류가방을 든 보스 베이비가 택시를 타고 팀(Tim)의 집에 도착한다. 부모님의 사랑을 독차지 해왔던 팀(Tim)은 앞으로는 보스 베이비와 경쟁을 해야만 하는 처지가 된다. 그러나 형제 간의 경쟁은 곧 뒷전으로 밀려야만 했다. 팀(Tim)이 그 보스 베이비는 사실 비밀임무를 수행 중인 스파이였고, 오직 자신만이 (강아지들과 아기들 간의 처절한 싸움과 관련이 있는) 악랄한 음모를 좌절시키는 것을 도울 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었기 때문이다.
